Usually I am always on time to my job at Kennedy. I am pretty good on time management or so I believe I am. My employee is pretty laid back and as long as I let her know if I am going to be late she is mostly okay with it. As long as it is not an everyday thing or that I do not do it often. if I am late a day or two out of the month that is okay. If i come late to my job is says I am not responsible with time or some may say "I don't care about my job." I am very grateful for my opportunity to shadow Mary Jo McGuire at Kennedy. If I am very late I will have a very good reason. I would not jeopardize being on time to a job/ field experience I am so lucky to have. The article says being on time is 5 minutes early and on time is late. I do not believe that is always the case. If you are on time at the time you are suppose to be there you should be able to be on time and not be late. Say you work at 4 and you go to work at 4. How are you considered late if you are scheduled at 4. Not every employee knows that "rule" or standard. My employer is very laid back but also knows how to get work done and make sure everything is going good, being on time is very important due to the fact that if you are late then you have less time to finish tasks.

I enjoy seeing how you keep track of your life. There's always so much going on. I use NOTES a lot in my phone.
